COULD IT BE PERIMENOPAUSE?
Imagine the scenario; You wake up one morning feeling full of the joys of spring, stroll into the bathroom, wash your face, and as you catch your reflection in the mirror, you notice a few coarse hairs seem to have taken up permanent residency on your chin.

Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning and set a hourly reminder to drink a glass every time it goes off
Add a portion of protein and fibre to every meal
Move your body for at least 10-15 minutes every day
