About

Hello — I’m Emma; The Menopause Mentor 💕

I’m a Menopause Practitioner, Clinical Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer with over 25 years of experience helping women feel strong, balanced, and confident again.

At 50, I truly understand how this stage of life can feel and I’m here to guide you through it with real talk, science-backed advice, and plenty of humour.

I’ve been lucky to work with and be featured by brands and organisations including The BBC, Bear Grylls, K-Swiss, Nivea for Men, Ironman UK, Dr Vegan, the NHS, Sky Sports, and Maxi Nutrition but my real passion lies in supporting real women like you to thrive through menopause, not just survive it. 💫
