CLIENT RESULTS

My results.....

Measurements in inches.

Arms: stayed the same.

Bust: 2.5 inches off.

Waist: 2.5 off.

Umbilicus: 1.5 off.

Hips: 2 off

Left thigh: 1 off R thigh : 1.5 off

R calf: 0.5 off

L Calf: 0

I have really enjoyed doing this plan

The meal suggestions and plan was so easy to follow it didn't cost a fortune on hundreds of ingredients like some recipes out there...it was normal easy & quick every day food.


The Exercise is so user friendly and so doable going at own pace or the higher impact, without any pressure in the comfort of my own surroundings and not feeling like l'm going to die or throw up like i have done when being pushed so hard at sessions l've done over the years! (not Emz)

My sleeping has improved as well as my headaches and of course have had bit

more energy A I do feel my head has not felt as fuzzy inside if that makes sense!

And less aches & pains.
