Hello, I’m Emma Watts — The Menopause Mentor.
I’m 51 years old, a mum of four incredible children, a proud grandmother to two beautiful grandsons, and (in my words!) the lucky wife of one very amazing husband.
With over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I specialise in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause with a science-led, realistic and compassionate approach.
I am an award-winning Menopause Practitioner, a multi award-winning Advanced Level 4 Personal Trainer, a Clinical Nutritionist (SAC Dip), and a Level 5 Psychotherapist. My work combines these disciplines to offer a truly holistic approach to midlife health — supporting not just the body, but the mind and nervous system too.
Alongside working directly with women, I am also a Menopause Workplace Consultant, advising both public and private sector organisations on menopause awareness, workplace strategies and policy development. I work with organisations including the NHS and the East of England Ambulance Service, helping to create more supportive, informed and inclusive working environments.
I deliver Menopause Workplace Champion training to teams, helping staff better understand, support and communicate around menopause in a professional setting.
As a writer and educator, I create articles, blogs, and educational content for global platforms including FitPro, and contribute regularly to menopause-focused publications such as Dr Vegan and Menopause Life Magazine.
I’m also a guest speaker, delivering engaging and informative talks across a wide range of health, fitness and menopause topics. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with organisations and brands including the BBC, Sky Sports, K-Swiss, Nivea for Men, Maxi Muscle, CBBC, Ironman UK, Bear Grylls, Women’s Own and Metro.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple mission — to help women understand their bodies, feel supported, and navigate this stage of life with confidence, clarity and strength.
I also run a free, ladies-only menopause support community, where I share advice, guidance and real-life support in a safe and understanding space.
Because menopause shouldn’t be something you struggle through alone.
